Medication reminders
Allow notifications in iOS Settings and keep Notifications enabled inside DoseTail. iOS controls the final delivery time, and reminders should not replace checking your veterinarian’s written instructions.
Records and backups
DoseTail stores pet records locally on your device. Use Settings → Export data to keep a JSON backup before replacing, resetting, or erasing your device. JSON exports can be restored from the same Settings screen.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchase on the subscription screen if you have already subscribed, or open Manage subscription in DoseTail Settings to review or cancel an active plan.
Veterinary emergencies
DoseTail is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not a veterinary service. Contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider for urgent health concerns and before changing a prescribed treatment.
